Please read these terms carefully before using Bailo Club or placing an order.
1. Agreement to these terms
By using bailoclub.com or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. Using the site
You may browse and buy from Bailo Club for your own personal use. You agree not to:
- use the site for any unlawful purpose
- copy, reproduce or resell our designs or site content without written permission
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- use automated tools to scrape the site
3. Products
Our items are printed on demand for each order. Product photographs are representative: because each item is printed individually, small variations in colour, print placement and sizing are normal and are not defects. Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any taxes or duties that may apply where you live. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment processor; we never see or store your card details. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed.
5. Shipping and delivery
Items are made to order, so production takes a few business days before your parcel ships. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by customs.
6. Returns and refunds
Our refund policy forms part of these terms.
7. Your conduct
You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address you give us. Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address may be reshipped at your cost.
8. Intellectual property
All designs, text and images on Bailo Club belong to us or our licensors. Buying a product gives you the product, not the rights to the artwork on it.
9. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
10. Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, and any dispute will be handled by the courts there.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
