This policy explains what Bailo Club does with your information.

What we collect

We keep what we need to fulfil your order and nothing more:

• the name and delivery address you give us at checkout
• your email address, so we can send order and shipping updates
• the contents of your order

What we do not collect

• We do not see or store your card details. Payments are handled by our payment processor, and your card information goes directly to them.
• We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We do not add you to marketing email unless you explicitly ask to be added.

Who we share it with

Only the companies needed to get your order to you:

• our payment processor, to take payment
• our print and fulfilment partner, who prints your item and ships it
• the delivery carrier

Each receives only what it needs to do its part.

Cookies

We use only the cookies required to keep your basket and checkout working. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. Some records must be kept for tax reasons even after a deletion request.

If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new date at the top.
